What is the meaning of Blue Mind?
A mildly meditative state characterised by calm, peace, unity, and a sense of general happiness and satisfaction with life in the moment.
Our aim is be able to help as many people as possible be able to get over their mental health issues and any addictions that come hand in hand and live a fulfilling, happy life.
Our main goal is to set up rehabilitation centres in different cities around the UK that are hit the hardest with mental health and addictions problems, we will tailorise different programmes to fit different people’s needs in order to give them the best possible treatments at that time, whether it be therapy sessions, group sessions, meditation sessions, CBT, we will work with each individual to fight the problem from the root for however long it takes.
We will also be doing weekly group therapy sessions in different areas to provide support through a sense of community and a place people can speak about their problems and be heard.
We will be setting up suicide bereavement support either face to face one on one counselling sessions and a 24 hour support phone line.
